OrangeTee trailblazes with new mobile app for property agents in Singapore dubbed “One-Stop Real Estate Digital Ecosystem”
Real estate agency, OrangeTee & Tie, has continued to remain at the forefront in technology adoption among its peers, with its latest offering the “Agent App”, the first of its kind in Singapore.
OrangeTee’s Agent App gives its agents access to real-time information from OrangeTee’s various partners like 99.co, Amicus, Carousell, EdgeProp, SRX, UOB, and Edmund Tie & Company, at their fingertips.
The app allows agents to search for properties, generate personalised proposals and project reports for customers on the go; access HDB floor plans, condominium project information, caveats and HDB transaction details quickly and effortlessly; list and manage property listings on multiple sites with one account; and even provide instant indicative property valuations and home loan recommendations, and connect customers directly to an experienced banker. Agents will also find other useful information available on the app, including the latest research from OrangeTee and Edmund Tie & Co, data analytics dashboards, project marketing material and sample EDMs for their marketing needs.
Through all this, the Agent App aims to improve the productivity of its agents, by leveraging the expertise of its partners with the single platform, and in turn, provide the best-in-class customer-focused service to its customers.
Prior to this, OrangeTee was the first real estate agency in Singapore to launch a reviews driven property agent search portal known as PropertyAgentsReview, to help property buyers and sellers find the best agent for their needs based on the honest reviews left by verified customers. Now, PAR has been improved even further to allow every agent to have their own personalised landing page, which they can access through Agent App.
“Even though digital transformation is ingrained deep in our DNA, we realised that in order to cope with the speed and magnitude of changes arising from the combination of trends such as the evolution of technology, sharing economy and consumers behaviour, we cannot just transform within our organisation, or even within our industry. Instead, we should place our customers at the centre of our business and aim to keep our agents relevant by helping them provide impeccable service standards to their customers, said Steven Tan, Managing Director, OrangeTee & Tie.
“Digital transformation is not a solo journey – it is a journey where we co-evolve and co-innovate with reliable strategic partners such that everyone can leverage on each other’s strengths to play a critical role in the business ecosystem and constantly create better value for the consumers. In other words, business models built on traditional value chain will inevitably be replaced by those that can contribute and integrate effectively in the ecosystem which will be fundamental in determining business sustainability in the future,” he added.
